Vegas, Rules. Hart Schaffner Marx®

If you want to create an effective sales incentive program, understanding the culture
of the retail environment is essential. At Nordstrom stores nationwide, Tailored Clothing
Associates are often self-motivated sales professionals. Hart Schaffner Marx® came to us
with the challenge of developing a program that would deliver the right external motivation
to elevate sales. For the start of the 2005 season, we created the Las Vegas Sales Contest
with chances for department managers and associates to win trips to Las Vegas as well
as cash and clothing for selling HSM products. When you understand the culture, client
and the goals, having at last develop the right program is never a gamble.
