Tailor Made. Hart Schaffner Marx®
The “Ultimate Sales Contest,” known simply as The Tailor, was structured loosely along the lines
of the reality TV hit, The Apprentice. With Donald Trump’s animated likeness, the contest energized
and motivated Dillard’s Tailored Clothing Associates like never before. We created a month-long
contest structured around a series of weekly sales challenges that related directly to training and
clientele building. With chances to win every week alongside added bonus challenges, we gave
associates access to prizes such as cash, gift checks, clothing and accessories, while providing
them with educational skills designed for the longevity of their business.
