When confronted with the issue that salesman aren’t meeting their sales goals, Hart Schaffner
Marx® came to us for a solution. We developed the Wider Web sales contests and offered unique incentives and amazing rewards. To participate, Dillard’s tailored clothing salesmen watched a series of six original, animated training videos and followed up the screenings with challenging quizzes. The educational videos addressed tools the sales force should be using and provided valuable knowledge related to the tailored clothing community. With additional bonus challenges, this comprehensive contest spiked sales by 30% the first season out.
